The first agency I worked for as an account manager. My clients included CBD brands from New York (Popped.nyc), charity based water purification companies, and more. I worked on copywriting, strategy, managing a team of graphic designers, and scheduling + building the emails themselves in Klaviyo.
One of the first large clients I secured on a freelance basis, to write copy for their on-page product information, and conduct SEO analysis on their product pages.
A russian site that had ambitious ideas regarding payment systems worldwide. Writing UX and long-from copy for these guys was my first step into true "fintec" territory.
The second agency I joined. This was a much more strategy based role, that included auditing clients Klaviyo accounts, and actually dealing face to face with clients. A reporting and account optimisation role, if there ever was one.
