When you think of STORROR, you think of world-class parkour, viral stunts, and a loyal global community of fans. Behind the high-adrenaline content lies a multifaceted setup that spans a high-demand streetwear clothing line, a subscription platform (STORROR+), and a dedicated gaming project (Storror Parkour Pro).
Managing the email marketing strategy for STORROR required building an automated, high-converting ecosystem across three distinct business verticals while staying true to the authentic, raw energy of the brand.
Here is a look at how I built and scaled their email strategy using Klaviyo to sustain over 30% attributed revenue overall for over 2 consecutive years.

1. The Three Pillars of the Strategy
To maximise customer lifetime value without fatiguing the subscriber base, I segmented the strategy across STORROR’s primary revenue drivers:
STORROR Apparel & Drop Releases: Streetwear drops require high-energy, hype-driven launches. We executed targeted product drop campaigns backed by robust lifecycle automations, including optimised Welcome Series, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, and Win-back flows. Segmenting high-intent and VIP buyers for 'secret sales' ensured every drop achieved strong conversion rates.
STORROR+ Subscription & Retention: For STORROR+, the focus centred on subscriber onboarding and recurring retention with uScreen. Automated onboarding sequences educated members on exclusive perks, behind-the-scenes footage, and early access opportunities, which lowered churn.
Storror Parkour Pro Game: For the launch and ongoing updates of Storror Parkour Pro, we engaged both gamers and die-hard community members. We ran campaigns for wishlist reminders, game dev updates, beta access, and pre-orders, crossing audiences between YouTube viewers, apparel shoppers, and gamers.
2. The Key Metric: 30%+ Klaviyo Revenue for 2+ Years
By combining high-performing automated flows to secure baseline revenue with strategic, hype-focused campaign sends, we achieved a strong e-commerce benchmark: maintaining over 30% of total STORROR revenue directly attributed to Klaviyo for more than two full years.
Summary
Managing email marketing for STORROR proved that when hyper-targeted segmentation, authentic branding, and robust lifecycle flows align, email becomes one of the most predictable and profitable growth channels for modern content and commerce brands.
